An extensive range of fasteners for Semicon

HBS Solutions has an extensive range of fasteners for vacuum and cleanroom applications. These products can be used in the semiconidustry, aerospace, solar systems. 

HBS products are characterised by standard grade or stainless steel A4-80 (1.4432). These special fasteners for cleanroom and vacuum applications are also available in Inconel and Titanium

The parts for Semicon are supplied in stainless steel and titanium. these materials get an EPK treatment, which makes the bolts cleaner and stronger. This prevents more damage during the ingress and unturning of the materials. It is important to realistically draw up the surface cleanliness requirements during the design stage of a product or a system. This is to prevent that the product is either not clean enough or that unnecessary cleaning costs are incurred. After the EPK treatment, the parts are cleaned with a Grade 2 or Grade 4 and vacuum packed. This is all done so that the products are ready for the cleanroom.
