QHSE areas where a higher level of traceability and material grade is required

Within the petrochemical industry, we have three types of customers. The OEM, MRO and the refinery itself. Each type of customer has its own wishes and needs.  

With the OEM customer, it's all about project management. From engineering, to quotation request, order phase and delivery. We try to support our OEM customer in every phase of the process. The reading of the end customer specification, the making of a suitable offer, the final delivery of materials and certificates and the after sales. Every project is a different challenge. 

The MRO customer is more ad hoc. The customer works on planned maintenance stops, which are of short duration. As is usual in the sector, the customer wants to optimise his up time and reduce his down time.   

As most of these petrochemical plants and refineries were built in the 70s and 80s, the pressure equipment has outdated specifications. With our technical knowledge we are able to convert the specifications to current standards and to deliver within short time frames.

High alloys commonly used on Petrochemical plants, but also regular carbon and stainless steels (see Oil & Gas).

ASTM A182-F51, F53, F55, Alloy 625, Alloy 825, Monel 400, Hastelloy C726.

EN10204-3.1., EN10204-3.2, TUV-stamp, Mill certificate

Possible surface treatments:

TAKECOAT-1000, Xylan 1070, Xylan 1424
